Sunset Slow Flow at the Farm

Join us for the last Sunday every month! Spend an evening in nature and welcome the month ahead with intention. This grounding flow invites you to connect with yourself, release stress, and move with ease. Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the farm and prairie, you’ll flow through mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. This practice will leave you feeling centered, restored, and deeply connected to community.

Please consider bringing the following:

• Dress for a comfy, grounding slow flow the lawn.

• Your mat (if you don't have one we can provide one for you)

• Blanket

• Eye mask
