Tamora Rosenbaum
Marketing/Communications & Yoga Teacher
Tamora grew up and lived in Rapid City, South Dakota until moving to Texas in 2022. She first came to the farm to help her partner, Tyson, with his project of building some of the farm infrastructure in place today. Think of her when you walk in the walk-in cooler, look up at the water tower, or visit the bathrooms! Once Cort figured out that she had some website maintenance and social media experience from a past life, he recruited her help with getting those things up and running as well.
Now, Tamora works behind the scenes at the farm almost every day in marketing and communications: updating the website, sending emails and posting on social media.
"The community at Conundrum Farms has been so welcoming, inspiring and fun to be a part of. I’ve enjoyed watching this space grow and evolve over the past few years. I love that I get to help the farm continue to thrive, while also enjoying the best produce in Fort Worth and meeting incredible new friends all the time."
Tamora completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program in the summer of 2024, and is currently in the process of working toward her 300 hour certification. She leads Community Yoga on the lawn on Sundays.
Tamora practices and teaches primarily a classical ashtanga style of yoga, which is very beginner friendly and also very fruitful for experienced yogis as well! You can expect her yoga asana classes to guide you through a series of mindful movements, encouraging you to engage intentionally with your body, while connecting your breath with movement along the way. She sees yoga asana as a practice of blending physical movement & awareness to strengthen and relax both body and mind - leaving us better adapted and resourced for whatever life might throw at us.
