The Barn
Nestled in the heart of our regenerative farm, is our repurposed Barn, a living testament to our commitment to preserving history and repurposing materials. The rustic charm of the Barn is crafted from weathered wood and tin salvaged from century-old local barns, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that tells a story of heritage and sustainability. In warmer months, the Barn can be “opened up” with two large barn doors and 18 repurposed French doors to allow the sounds and smells of the farm to fill the space. In cooler months, the barn can be closed up and heated with wood pellet stoves, creating a perfectly cozy environment.
This versatile space seamlessly transforms from a sophisticated professional development venue to a warm and inviting haven for social gatherings. With state-of-the-art amenities, including an 85" flat-panel TV, the barn is an ideal setting for impactful presentations and collaborative meetings. We've embraced its rustic charm and filled the space with curated antiques, creating a uniquely inviting atmosphere for farm-to-table dinners, cocktail parties, movie nights, and spirited game day events. Whether you seek a functional meeting space or an enchanting backdrop for socializing, the Barn stands ready to exceed your expectations, a simple canvas where your vision can to come to life.
The Kitchen
Inside the Barn, discover a truly unique culinary haven. The Kitchen is tailor-made for catering events, boasting a fully equipped commercial prep space seamlessly connected to an outdoor cooking area. This dynamic setup not only caters to traditional cooking methods but also embraces the art of grilling, smoking, baking, and open-fire cooking. Whether you're envisioning a farm-to-table feast or a casual outdoor barbecue, our Kitchen is ready to bring your dreams to life. With the serene backdrop of the farm, this space adds a touch of magic to any event, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for you and your guests.
The Lawn
Surrounding the Barn and Kitchen is a sprawling 5000-square-foot lush green lawn, an idyllic canvas for outdoor gatherings. The Lawn is the perfect setting for a variety of events, from enchanting farm-to-table dinners to laid-back BBQs and family reunions. At the heart of the Lawn lies a substantial 10-foot sunken fire pit, infusing cool evenings with both heat and ambiance, and providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy s'mores together. Towering above, a majestic 100-year-old Aeromotor windmill gracefully spins, bringing the winds to life and adding a touch of timeless charm. As day turns to night, the lawn is illuminated by the soft glow of charming Edison-style string lights, creating a magical atmosphere for all to enjoy. Positioned on the western edge of the farm, the Stage offers front-row seats to breathtaking sunsets over the prairie, and in the spring months, the Texas wildflowers burst into bloom, providing a stunning natural backdrop.
The Stage
On the western edge of the Lawn, directly facing the Barn, proudly stands our rustic covered stage. Crafted from repurposed beams and adorned with weathered tin, the stage exudes a charming, time-worn character. This versatile platform is not only a haven for musicians under the allure of LED stage lighting but also a dynamic space for speaking engagements, skits, and other intimate stage performances. Embracing both form and function, the stage is equipped with a 10-foot movie screen, offering a unique setting for impactful presentations and enchanting movie nights under the vast expanse of stars.
Coming Soon
Where the rooster crows, the crowd goes. Our chicken palace plans are well underway, but the structure has yet to take on it's physical form. But, the foundation has been laid where eggs soon will be laid fresh themselves! Look forward to providing chicken petting, catching, and feeding opportunities for your event guests very, very soon.
