Welcome to Conundrum Crates - a premium, weekly, subscription-based produce box providing freshly picked, seasonal harvests from our North Texas farm to your table.
Our Conundrum Crates farm share program is designed to connect you with the land, the seasons, and the hands that grow your food. Join us in celebrating and enjoying the bounty of North Texas while supporting sustainable agriculture in your backyard.
How the subscription works:
Enrollment in the subscription is for a full season (for example, our upcoming Spring season is 17 weeks from March-June.
-
A $25 setup fee secures your subscription.
-
After paying the setup fee, you'll receive an email invitation to the private store where you can set up your subscription and schedule your first pickup.
-
Once a week, you'll receive an email invitation to make changes or additions to your Crate.
-
Payment is made weekly by credit or ACH.
-
Pick up will be on the same day and location each week (chosen by you from our available options at setup)
-
Each season includes one optional "skip" week. If you will be out of town, you can choose to skip & will not be charged (or you can donate instead! see below).
-
If you will be missing more than one week, you can choose to either donate your box for that week to a family in need via our partnership with FunkyTown Food Project OR have a friend or neighbor pick it up instead.
These policies help us balance offering flexibility for our customers, while also ensuring the program is successful so that we can continue to offer it in the future!
Why Join NOW?
Conundrum Farms is a modest-sized local farm, and we can only accommodate a limited number of full-time subscribers. To ensure that each subscriber receives the finest quality produce, hand-picked at peak freshness, we’re capping our subscriptions at 100 members. Once we reach full capacity, new subscriptions will only become available if a current subscriber cancels. At the start of each season we’ll begin a new subscription, with priority given to members who subscribed during the previous season.

A few more important nitty gritty details:
SETUP FEE: The $25 setup fee secures your subscription for the season & helps to pay for the Crate boxes. One Crate will be filled with fresh produce each week and sent home with you, and you will return that second crate to us when you come to pick up the next one (to be filled again for you next week). This way, we won't need to use disposable packing - keeping this operation more sustainable for us and for the earth!

- Saturday 8am-12pm at Clearfork Farmer's Market
- Saturday 10am-12pm at Westland Gardens
