About the event

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with an immersive farm-to-table dinner at Conundrum Farms, where seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and a touch of festivity come together for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.


The evening begins with a refreshing cucumber and herb agua fresca as guests arrive, followed by a brief guided farm tour offering a chance to connect with the land and see what’s growing before sitting down to enjoy it. From there, guests will be welcomed to a beautifully set communal table for a multi-course dinner crafted by Chef Jacqueline Anaya of Calisience.


The menu highlights peak seasonal produce from the farm, paired with vibrant, Mexican-inspired flavors that feel both refined and deeply comforting.
