Floral Assistant/Grower - Part Time
The floral assistant will be responsible for the growing and the maintenance of the flower field as well as creating the market bouquets and arrangements weekly.
This is a part-time and seasonal position. Hours and shifts will vary depending on the season. Due to the unique obligations of farm life, you may be occasionally asked work additional days/hours. Competitive pay based on experience.

Job Requirements:
-
Some experience in small scale flower farming and/or floral design is a plus but not a requirement

A creative eye with attention to detail

Able to do physical work and lift 50+ lbs consistently through the day

Able to stand and/or walk during entire work day
-
Able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
-
Able to work outdoors under varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.)

Able to work both independently and as part of a larger team
-
Able to multitask
-
Attention to detail
-
Good communication skills

Good customer service skills

A valid driver’s license
