Mike McClure
Friday, October 11, 2024 at 8pm
Mike got his start in Stillwater, Oklahoma, playing at the notorious "Farm" with legendary artists including Bob Childers, Tom Skinner, Steve Ripley, and Jimmy LaFave, and later was a founding member of The Great Divide.

Two decades as a touring musician and nine albums of his own later, he’s taking a new route with Looking Up. He and his partner, Chrislyn Lawrence, created and produced the album on their own, at his Boohatch Studio in Ada, Oklahoma.

"The album closer is the Red Dirt alt-country Sword And Saddle, the title underscoring its early Guy Clark-like anthemic assured guitar chords driven swagger, a strong and infectious end to an album that both marks the end of McClure’s past and the bright direction of his future.”

Shannon McNally
Wednesday, October 2 at 8pm

At home across the American (Americana) music spectrum, McNally, a Grammy nominee who’s live music career began on the jam band circuit of the 1990’s with bands like Robert Randolph and Derek Trucks, writes as well as she interprets the songs of others, has a top tier musicality to her craft, a soul stirring voice that immediately grabs one by the heart strings and a troubadour’s wanderlust, not to mention as it turns out, she is also an excellent electric guitar player.

"No two ways about it, but the name Shannon McNally just rolls off the tongue as one of legitimacy: kind of like Reba, Tanya, or Martina. Or perhaps.. kind of like Waylon."
- Glide Magazine

"She has the voice: bruised, smoky and ornery, right at home where country and soul meet. She has the melodies and the timing - she’s irresistible.”
- Jon Pareles, The New York Times

Walt Wilkins

"Songwriter, singer, traveler, troubadour - the calling I answered, the life I chose, the way I make my way.

I chose to go full time on this road 25 years ago. Its been a spiritual quest, an amazing trip, at turns heartbreaking & transcendent. In that time I've made 9 solo records, 4 records with The Mighty Mystiqueros, 1 with my wife Tina, and there's a new live record with my friend Kevin Welch. I've had 100 or more songs recorded by other artists, traveled a fair part of the world, and had some very, very large times."

Adam & Chris Carroll
Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 9pm
Adam Carroll’s musical biography is as winding as the stories in his songs, full of far-away places and close-to-home meditations that encompass a career built on countless shows in Texas clubs, thousands of miles on the road with his partner in life and music, Chris Carroll, accolades of all kinds, and still the burning desire to simply...write the next song.

“Among singer-songwriters, Adam Carroll is probably Austin’s best-kept secret."
- Jim Caligiuri, Austin Chronicle
“Influences? Adam Carroll. I used to skip my own gigs to go watch him.”
- Hayes Carll, No Depression 2011
