60 Minute Class Led by Amanda Powers

This class focuses on gentle ways to strengthen the core, lengthen over used muscles and regain balance so we can continue to move with ease as we age.

Entry: $15 each (Venmo, ApplePay, checks & cash accepted on site)

Class is for: all levels & abilities

Suggested ages :12 years old to 90

Bring: yoga/exercise mat & water 

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign in.
