Bulbs of Spring

This interactive class will jump right into the fragrant garlic and onion bulbs that bring spring flavors to the forefront of our palates! A sweet & scrumptious garlic and harissa soup (for those lingering chilly evenings), as well as a caramelized garlic tarte (that will feature fragrant herbs grown right here on the farm) are a few of the recipes that will be featured.
You will have the opportunity to gather your ingredients along the way while led on an informative but beautiful tour of the farm. Expect to learn some unique but helpful techniques and easy ways to elevate even the most simple food.
