Tea Alchemy is a collaboration between CHOKE (Fort Worth–based tea sommelier, visual artist, and experience curator) & Chef Hao Tran (passionate culinary artist who brings people together through food, AKA the heart and soul behind Hao's Grocery & Café).

 

These experiences explore the universal bond between tea and food, resulting in multi-sensory gatherings where storytelling, ancestral wisdom, and modern artistry converge.

 

Each three-course dinner highlights seasonal ingredients prepared with reverence, beauty and precision. Paired with rare teas and floral infusions, each course invites you to slow down and savor the moment — where tea, nature, and intention come together beneath the sky. Each guest will also receive a parting gift  commemorating the experience.

Chef Jenny Castor of the boutique food truck & catering company, Luckybee Kitchen, specializes in seasonal cooking & a constantly changing menu.

​

From savory to sweet, Chef Jenny will awaken all your senses with the colors and flavors that showcase the bounty harvested right here at Conundrum Farms. Plus, her guest vintner has perfectly paired each dish with a wine to compliment each eclectic five course fete!


The dates are set and tickets are available for purchase, and more details about the theme and menu for each dinner will be updated closer to the date of the dinner. Each dinner is specially curated for the current season to include what is currently freshest on the farm!
